At Materialhunt, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and hardware; if an item doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Materialhunt account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate a return authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, components, and manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned materials, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
